Q: Is my order being shipped from Australia?

Stock is shipped from Australia to our warehouse in ‘fabulous Las Vegas’. We are currently building our stock levels.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

We use UPS or similar, however as we are building our stock levels it is possible that not all products from all manufacturers will be in stock, so depending on stock levels and where you are located typically just a day or two. If you’re in Alaska or Hawaii it will be longer!

Q: What gear do you have to fit my 4x4?

Simply enter your vehicle year, make and model in the search box and we’ll show you. Or you can search by Brand or Product Type.

Q: I want to see what I’m buying ‘in the flesh’ before I part with my money?

We’ll be attending 4x4, outdoors and overlanding shows throughout the USA this year so you can get a close up look and feel for our products.

No, sorry, Outback Proven is a warehouse/distribution location only that offers the best Aussie 4x4 products. All vehicle-mounted products come with detailed fitting instructions.

Q: What’s your returns policy?

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Goods that have a genuine manufacturers fault will be replaced.
