Simple to use with an automatic lock-open mechanism to prevent the carrier swinging , no matter what angle your vehicle is on. When closed, it locks securely in place with our efficient, easy-to-use, over-centre, manual locking system. It's made from steel, which is then powder coated and it also comes with a plastic covered metal cable, crimped on one side, with provision for a padlock (sold separately) on the other side. This keeps your jerry can secure even in the roughest going. Also fitted as standard on all new carriers are Gas Struts for assisted opening and hold back as well as rubber coating on Lock Handles to improve comfort and non-slip.
